The name is literal. A file is a record. The evidence of a matter, organized, dated, and complete.
Our work is the economic record. The reconstruction of what a plaintiff would have earned, the traceable build from each source to each line, the assumption stack stated in plain English.
Small by design. Principal-led by default.
Boutique scale means every retained matter is principal-led, every report is principal-drafted, and the analyst who builds the model is the analyst you will see at deposition.
Plaintiff and defense. No house line.
We are retained by plaintiff and defense counsel. We decline matters that fall outside our competence and we are direct about where the boundaries sit. The model serves the facts, not the retention.
