He has served as Chief Human Resources Officer at several Fortune 100 companies and works as a speaker, trainer, consultant, and executive coach across leadership, human resources, organizational culture, and change management.

Lee has held the Chief Human Resources Officer role at several Fortune 100 companies. He works with leaders on the issues that arise at the top of the human-capital function: total rewards, employee relations, organizational culture, and change management.

Academic teaching

He is an adjunct professor at Columbia University and the University of Southern California, teaching graduate-level courses in organizational culture, change management, total rewards, and employee relations.
